Diving in water and air (chamber) environments can be fun. Follow the rules of the the altered pressure environment. Ascend slowly resting along the way. If you get caught in a blow-up situation, re-enter the water and continue decompressing. Limit your diving to once a day unless you have a system and a manager who can monitor your condition.

Self monitoring does not work. If you have a problem, your monitor knows what is going on and is in a position to communicate with other care givers. If you go into shock and no-one knows your profiles or condition, how are you going to get the help you may need. A bracelet has only a phone number, not information about you just before you had a problem.
